Rules & Regulations of CIB

1. The officers of CIB work on voluntary basis and no payment/salary is given to them. Enrolment fee is non-transferable and once the fee is paid will not be refunded in any condition. All the disputes are the matters of Kaithal jurisdiction only.

2. Any kind of misbehaviour/misconduct by the member of CIB may be the result of rejection or termination of the member from CIB.

3. CIB will not be responsible for any misuse of ID card issued to the member of CIB during the course of their membership with CIB.

4. On expiry, the ID cards/Certificate must be submitted to the Admin office within 30 days. After expiry renewal of ID card is mandatory.

5. In case of change of address/mobile no. Officers will inform the same to the admin office.

6. In case of lose of ID card/Certificate, the candidate will inform the Head Quarter in written along with the F.I.R copy immediately.

7. All CIB officers will contact to their respective Area/District/State & National unit officers once in a month.

8. Strict action will be taken against the officers, if found guilty floating the rules and the regulations of CIB.

10. Applicant can use photocopy of the application form which will be duly acknowledge by the national admin office once received duly full in.

11. CIB office will not be responsible for any/such illegal/Wrong/immoral act done by me.

12. whenever required the CIB officer will present his Identity Card / Certificate & he will never misuse any CIB Documents and Papers. If he Misuse any CIB Documents and Papers so CIB is free to take Legal Actions against me.

13. That in case the above submitted information is found incorrect / false, It will be subject to the Law of the land and the Chairman / Director General reserves the right to cancel the membership without assigning any reason to CIB officer.

14. That the Chairman / Director General of CIB may terminate / cancel / suspend the membership without any prior intimation / information / reason.

15. That CIB officer hs given donation to CIB for Social Welfare Program's. and he   Well Known this Donation is not Refundable & Transferable.

16. That during any social activity or any work of CIB if any miss-happening occurs then CIB officer will be the responsible for this and even his family will not claim for anything to CIB.
